Although they seem simple, they play a decisive role in the final molding quality of the product. After the nylon material is initially formed by the die head, its physical form is still in a relatively soft and unstable state. At this time, the intervention of the traction device becomes the core guarantee for maintaining the stable extrusion of the rod.
The traction device plays a unique role in the extrusion process of nylon rods. It does not simply pull the rod forward, but more by applying appropriate damping force to ensure that the rod always maintains a uniform and stable state during the extrusion process. Therefore, the operator needs to continuously adjust the pulling speed according to various factors such as the characteristics of the nylon raw material, the die temperature, and the screw speed to achieve the best matching state.
When the nylon rod is pulled to the required length, the online cutting device begins to work, dividing the continuously extruded rods into finished products that meet the specifications. The performance of the online cutting device directly affects the cutting quality and production efficiency of the nylon rod. High-quality cutting devices usually use high-speed rotating blades or laser cutting technology, which can complete the cutting action in an instant, minimizing the thermal impact and mechanical damage to the bar cut. During the cutting process, the cutting device will accurately detect the position of the bar through the sensor according to the preset length parameters. When the set length is reached, the control system will immediately issue a command to start the cutting action. This automated cutting method not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures the length accuracy of each nylon rod, making the cut smooth and flat, without burrs or deformation, and fully meets the strict requirements of various industrial applications for product accuracy.
For enterprises with large production scales and high requirements for product collection and sorting efficiency, the dual-station online automatic winding device has become an important auxiliary equipment for improving production efficiency. The device can realize the continuous collection and sorting of cut nylon rods without interrupting production. Its working principle is that through two alternating winding stations, when one station completes the winding task, the system will automatically switch to another station to continue winding, and at the same time package the rolled rods.
