The quality of door and window profiles depends largely on advanced production equipment, door and window profile extrusion line. PVC profiles can be divided into single-chamber, double-chamber, three-chamber and multi-chamber types according to the cavity structure, and different types have their own applicable scenarios. Single-chamber profiles have a simple structure and low cost, which are suitable for ordinary buildings with low performance requirements; double-chamber and three-chamber profiles have better thermal insulation and sound insulation performance, meeting the needs of most residential and commercial buildings; high-quality multi-chamber profiles rely on unique design to significantly improve thermal insulation, wind resistance and sound insulation performance, suitable for high-rise buildings, cold areas and buildings around noisy environments, which can reduce energy consumption and improve living comfort. The window frame extrusion production line is a highly integrated system, and each device works together to complete the transformation from raw materials to finished products. The SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is the core. The conical twin-screw design allows the materials to be fully mixed and plasticized, and the parameters are precisely controlled to ensure uniform melting of the raw materials, providing a stable material flow for subsequent processes. It has the advantages of strong plasticizing ability, high output, and low energy consumption. The molten profile coming out of the extruder enters the YF series vacuum shaping table, and is quickly cooled and shaped with the help of vacuum adsorption and cooling systems, so that the profile is close to the mold to ensure accurate size, and the cooling speed is controlled to stabilize the internal structure and reduce deformation and internal stress. The shaped profile is pulled at a uniform speed by the YF series traction machine with a wrapping film device. The crawler mechanism ensures a constant speed, and the wrapping film device covers the profile with a protective film to prevent scratches, moisture and dust in the subsequent process. When the profile reaches the preset length, the YF series cutting machine starts, using advanced technology to accurately cut, ensuring that the cut is neat and smooth, meeting the length requirements of different projects. The cut profiles are stacked in order by the YF series tilting stacker, and the automation system ensures that the stacking is stable and easy to carry and store. The production line can be equipped with a profile laminating machine to cover the profile with various textured decorative films to improve the aesthetics, weather resistance and wear resistance.
The door frame profile extrusion production line is similar to the window frame production line in principle and composition. Due to the different functions and stress characteristics of the door frame, the design of key components is different. It usually uses PVC wood-plastic foam material, which has both PVC weather resistance and wood-plastic texture, and is light in weight and easy to install. The screw design optimizes parameters such as pitch, thread depth and compression ratio according to the characteristics of the material to ensure uniform plasticization and extrusion of the material. The mold is customized according to the shape and specifications of the door frame, which is different from the details of the window frame mold to ensure that the finished product meets the installation and use requirements.
